Return Policy
At Secret Oasis, we prioritize hygiene and safety due to the intimate nature of our products. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If your item remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility:
✔ The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
✘ Opened, used, or damaged items.
✘ Items not in their original sealed packaging.
✘ Clearance or final sale items.

If you don't have access to a printer, simply furnish the following details on a piece of paper and include it in your package:
- Your full Name and Address
- The item(s) being returned
- The email address used for the order
- Reason for the return and your request (e.g., for a refund, write "Refund"; for a different item, provide the item description and number if available)
What's Next?
Upon processing, we promptly refund the cost of the returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is finalized. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If applied to your credit card, note that your credit card company may take up to an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
